As a very overprotective pet and home owner, before Teri, my husband and I did not have a vacation together for many years as there was no one we felt we could trust our 5 acres and animals with.   

We will be the first to admit that we are not the easiest of customers.  We own acreage in a remote area in the Cascade Foothills that is 10 miles from the nearest small town.  Our animals are spoiled rotten and have their set routines.  We are not very trusting of anyone with our home, property or animals.  Our property has lots of watering needed in the summer months (both grass and young timber trees), and fruit to pick.  Our little terrier sleeps in the bed (SPOILED) and Teri keeps this routine up when we are gone. We have a funny (but sometimes annoying) dove no one except Teri would most likely put up with.

Previously, we had an older dog that was a little odd and didn't like most people as she was a rescue animal and had been abused before we got her, but she absolutely LOVED Teri. We always joked that Abby looked more forward to seeing Teri than her own family. I think she would have gone home with her in a heartbeat! 

We will never board our animals or leave our property unattended as our vacations would not be any fun worrying the entire trip and even after several years later of using her services there is not anyone (including family) we would trust our property or animals with. 

We plan our vacations around her schedule and will get on a plane and fly away on fantastic trips in the pacific over 2 weeks long, or visit Bend or Arizona and NEVER EVER WORRY.  Teri stays in touch the entire trip. We would trust her to make any difficult decisions if needed or contact us to discuss an important matter or rely on the resources we have given her if we could not be reached.

We have been able to make so many wonderful memories over the past few years and all because of Teri. When we arrive back home after 2 weeks in the Pacific, our place looks nicer than when we left it.  Our animals are happy and there is no adjustment period. They have been able to stay in their own home and  keep their same routine and have been cared for and loved while we were gone.

We cannot give enough praise to this special woman! We refer to her as our own “Mary Poppins” and I hesitate to give a great testimonial for selfish reasons because we want to keep her for our own needs. She is one of the most kind, responsible persons we have ever had the pleasure of knowing and has developed into not only our home and animal caregiver while we are on vacations, but a friend.
